“Fantastic Hotel with one or two issues but generally very good.”
The staff were great and the facilities were good, everything was very well organized from start to finish. The food was very good and the bathroom and spa facilities were good. The breakfast was excellent except for the jams, which were the same as at Denny’s; a hotel of this caliber should offer something better. The green tea was not very good. Our room was cold, the heating system was old and noisy, and even with a blanket we stayed chilly in bed.
