“Muy bien”

The hotel overall was good, the staff friendly, the location convenient, and the rooms were new with no noise at all. The triple room was fine, but the bathroom door was next to a bed and annoyed the other person, and the bathroom lighting was poor.

“Scelgo sempre il kramer a Valencia”

The hotel offers great value for money. Its position is good because it faces the new shopping centre, or for those who need it, it is a 10‑minute walk to the Ivi clinic and the Turia gardens. The metro is just steps away. What I liked most was the restaurant inside the hotel, which has truly great food (we dined there and everything was really good). For info: breakfast is ordered from a menu and is excellent. I recommend it! It is a bit far from the city centre and not the best spot for sightseeing.

“Hotel bien ubicado con trato excelente”

Reception service was excellent and they offered us an upgrade because we were coming from hospitals. Everything was fine.
