The food is tasty and plentiful, as always. The staff immediately restock the food in the fridge and fulfill any small missing items. The temperature of the healing water pool could be more even. The in‑room lights were off (I sank about 20 cm when I sat down). The toilet bowls were absurdly low; yes, children use them, but I think this facility is also a pharmacy, not just a wellness centre.

The reception staff were very polite and welcoming. Booking was quick. The room was clean and comfortable with a good‑sized balcony. The hotel is quiet, half‑broad. The evening meal was good. The food selection was very good, and the food itself was really tasty. Breakfast offered a good selection and nice food. Car parking was very good. The bar was separate from the restaurant and reception area. The spa pool, jacuzzi, SR team room, sauna, pool jets, hot pool and cold plunge pool are all great. The hotel is very relaxed, which helped me after a very long journey. The bathrobes could be a bit bigger. The tiled floor around the pool was a bit slippery. I would definitely come back. A big yes.

“Geweldig Genoten en voor herhaling vatbaar”

The thermal pool at this hotel is amazing—arguably the best in Hungary. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is excellent. We stayed here seven years ago and it’s clearly improved. You can take nice walks around the property, there’s a water park next door, and the town of Cegled is a fifteen‑minute drive away. In Bercel there’s a fantastic wine chapel where you can buy a variety of good wines. When we requested an early departure, they provided a breakfast to go. Even when the hotel is almost fully booked, there are plenty of tables and enough food. The menu is very diverse and something for everyone. The hotel also organizes fun activities. Nothing negative, though a few minor points could be improved such as darker curtains and a window clock.

The breakfast spread was very colorful. It was a bit uncomfortable that we were assigned two separate single‑bed rooms; we tried to combine them but there was no way to hook them together, so they stayed split up.
