A beautiful stay at a great price in Peci; the room was new or newly renovated, the bed comfortable, the bathroom clean and nice, and towels were provided. There was also a shared kitchen with a fridge and a kettle. Parking for two cars was available, but the lady arranged a free spot for us, which was fantastic. It was a short walk to the center of Peci.

The house lady was very positive, with a smiling and friendly demeanor that I want to highlight. The breakfasts were excellent! I’m familiar with this type of breakfast, but these were truly outstanding. The location is great for the price – a 10‑minute walk to the shuttle in the hills, and you could ski straight from the Javor slope to Modřany. The lighting in the room received a lower rating only because the lamps were only on one side of the double bed; they could be directed but not turned on individually, only together. The part of the bed under the lamp couldn’t be unlit if the light was meant for the other side, but otherwise the lights worked well. I really liked the lounge, including the well‑furnished kids’ play area and the large modern TV. It might bother someone that the play area wasn’t special, but given the space it was luxurious. I missed a fridge either in the room (e.g., a small one in the wardrobe, which is common) or a shared one for everyone. Since there was no option to buy a half‑board, I consider this important. The house lady told me the fridge wouldn’t run on the electrical network. (I didn’t ask if it could be repaired.) The TV was present in the room, but it’s common for it to be missing; the television was in the lounge.

Very friendly host, tasty breakfasts, close to the center, but a small minus for the lack of TV in the room.
