The reception staff behaved very poorly and unprofessionally. When I arrived, I tried to speak with the front‑desk clerk, but he barely looked at me. He told me I had booked the wrong room, which I didn’t understand because that same room was listed and I had simply selected and booked it. They then tried to change the room I had booked. While I was talking to the clerk, another man arrived and the clerk started talking to him, ignoring me entirely. This conduct was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to the guest. A front‑desk clerk should attend to guests in an orderly and respectful manner, especially when someone is already waiting. I do not recommend this hotel based on the reception experience. The staff’s attitude was one of the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel.

The location is perfect if you need to pass by the bus station. The area is very noisy. It has a wide selection of restaurants and bars, but they play loud music at any hour.

The spot is right in the middle of everything, which is great for getting around. But the noise from the street, the rooms that feel a bit worn, and the fact that the housekeeping could have done a better job really put a damper on the stay.

It’s a convenient, central location, but the area feels unsafe. Lots of drunk people around the hotel, and you can hear people running down the hallways at odd hours.
