“Never staying there again.”

The two male staff members were very nice, yet the TV kept going out and the service guy fixed it only for it to fail again. The carpets and facilities were gross, there was no hair dryer, mold in the shower, and the swimming pool area looked run down with rust. Breakfast was sparse and the food tasted old or freezer‑burnt. The pictures online are outdated and edited to look better than reality. The TV was out most of the time, and the first TV menu that appeared was pornographic, which is completely inappropriate for my two kids and should probably be removed.

“I would not stay at the super eight again.”

Getting there was easy, but the room and hallways were dark. The bed dust ruffles were dirty and had bodily fluid stains. The air conditioner didn’t provide cold air. We sent a message to the hotel staff as recommended and never received a reply. The furniture was poor quality with chipped paint and wood on the dressers. The bathtub looked old and dingy, the carpet was old, and we had to wear shoes in the tub for the shower. The showerhead was very low, forcing us to bend over to wash our hair, and the shower curtain was dirty. The property claims 100% smoke‑free, yet we could smell smoke and marijuana. The towels seemed clean.

“hot night sleep”

The staff and breakfast were good, but the AC didn’t work and it got really hot, making it hard to sleep, which earned a 5.0/10.
