How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The rate was easy on my wallet, but the room looked like it hadn't been cared for – the carpet was visibly stained, the walls were unevenly painted and covered in some odd residue, and the bathroom felt dirty and unsafe to use.

The carpet gave off a strong damp smell that kept me up all night, so I ended up checking out early and cutting five days off my reservation. On the plus side, the hotel did process a refund for the nights I cancelled.

The room was clean and quiet, the location was easy to get to, and the host was quick to answer any questions I had.

I paid $572 for four nights only to find the place filthy, smelling bad, and basically uninhabitable. When I raised the issue, staff told me to leave if I wasn't happy and offered no compensation at all.

The location was convenient, but I couldn't stay because the room showed clear signs of bedbugs, blood‑stained sheets, a grimy carpet, and worn bathroom tiles, plus it seemed overcrowded with too many guests sharing one kitchen.
