The room was fine, but I didn’t appreciate the property manager at the desk; she was confrontational and seemed clueless about how to speak to guests.

Trash management was a disaster and completely fake, and the management and staff around the property were terrible.

I only liked the suite, but I was given a room on the second floor with two beds next to a noisy carwash, even though I had booked a single bed on the ground floor. They gave me the exact opposite of what I requested, and I’m reminded that the client should come first—if they didn’t have a single‑bed room, the booking system should not have shown it as available. The room I ended up in faced the carwash and was very loud.
