I travel a lot for work and this hotel far surpassed my expectations. Saúl and Kathy were very attentive. Cucaita is a magical spot to rest and work—highly recommended.

I didn’t like the host at all; he showed no empathy and shouldn’t provide services. He had no compassion for my situation, only thought about his convenience and comfort, and despite his responsibility for managing his offers he blamed the booking platform and left me to my own devices, a very bad person. Nothing pleased me; I don’t recommend him. He made a mistake, couldn’t admit it or fix it, and refused to resolve the conflict caused by his poor management. He said he wouldn’t be present at the accommodation because he was in Tunja and it was too late, first asked for more money, then when I accepted because I needed to rest he changed his mind and finally refused to let us stay at his place even though I told him I was tired and needed sleep—overall, a bad person.
