“OK, but basic hotel.”
I didn’t have breakfast, but I still paid for it. The room has no external window; the window opens into an internal room that looked like a messy storage area the B&B uses.

The rooms and building were old, but they were exceptionally clean and welcoming. The owners were lovely and friendly and did everything they could for us. The only downside was street parking and the lack of spaces, but I would definitely stay again. No private parking options.

The staff was lovely and the breakfast was well worth it, thank you.

The price was good, and there was nothing negative.

The place was spotless and tidy all the way through, exactly what I had imagined. The family room, with its three double beds and private en‑suite, was huge. Breakfast was fantastic, offering kids’ cereals and a full English spread, and the staff were welcoming and helpful—definitely one of the best I’ve experienced in Blackpool.
