The rooms and common spaces were good. Everything was clean. It does not include breakfast, which was fine. We preferred to get breakfast on the street. We liked Sam, the exceptionally helpful and professional person in charge. When Sam was not around, we were on our own, which was fine

Great location at a good price. The staff were very courteous, hospitable, and eager to help you make the most of the city. The only downside was that the elevator was broken.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend this place. Everything was always very clean and my room was beautifully tidied every day. What made my stay especially nice was Sam. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my whole trip. She even wrote me lists with recommendations of places to see and things to do in Naples and was always happy to help whenever I had a question. You can really tell that she genuinely cares about her guests, and I really appreciated all the little things she did to make my stay easier and more enjoyable. Thank you so much, Sam, for making me feel so welcome. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️
