The staff were friendly, but we had to request a second cleaning of our bathroom because it had many short, curly black hairs in the shower and on the floor, and the elevator sounded like it might break down at any moment, so I mostly used the stairs out of concern.

The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, though the room was a bit run‑down in places and the tub bottom was very slippery when I tried to shower.
