“SUCIO Y ASQUEROSO, CARO”
The location was great, but the room was terribly filthy—used tissues, hair, and a disgusting smell made it unbearable.

The spot was convenient, yet the place was extremely dirty.

The breakfast was superb with a wide selection, the staff were kind, smiling, and attentive, and the hotel itself was very pretty with no complaints about cleanliness.

The location was close to transport and nightlife, but the rooms were inadequate, with shared doors that felt like they belonged to other guests, broken doors, loud noise, and disappointing staff who even made fun of us for spending 360€.

The room was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly, the breakfast offered a good variety, and the location was convenient for transport and dining. However, the view from our room was awful—we faced a wall, and the balcony was the smallest I’ve ever seen, barely wide enough for a chair and forced us to sit sideways; one side of the balcony was a floor‑to‑ceiling window of the next room, letting us see straight into theirs. The bed was rock‑hard, the shower flooded the room on day one (though it was fixed later), the toilet was wobbly, and the mirror was rusty—an obvious opportunity for improvement. The air conditioning was non‑existent, though a fan was given after we spoke to staff. Parking was advertised but did not exist. Building works were ridiculous; we were woken daily at 7 am by jackhammer noise and vibrations from construction next door, and this wasn’t mentioned anywhere.
