The hotel’s proximity to IST airport is great, and the hot tub was perfect after a long flight; highly recommended. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the burgers we ordered were delicious. Staff were kind and supportive. Thanks. No negatives.

The location was brilliant, and the bar and restaurant were very comfortable. Food was very good and the staff very helpful. The bathroom felt a bit dated; we’d prefer a walk‑in shower, so having to climb into a bath was not ideal. The sink area was cramped, even though there was a shelf above it.

The spa area was absolutely impeccable and the perfect place to relax. The hotel itself is clean, restful, and in a great location—ideal for a stop off in Cornwall. Our room faced a busy car park on the first floor, so groups arriving for golf could see in, and some pretty ugly drains meant we had to keep our curtains closed. It wasn’t very fitting for our anniversary, and we were glad we only stayed one night because a longer stay would have felt quite cooped up. Staff were great and friendly, but the younger team members could improve their menu knowledge and answer questions without having to wait for managers to come over.
