How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel is very unique and absolutely beautiful, all the staff were wonderful, the room was cozy and the mattress was very comfortable (firm, which is my preference). My shower was not clean; I skipped it because I was only there one night, but if I had to shower I’d use shower shoes.

I went to see Koffin Kats, so the place was loud at first but it quieted down by morning, which was exactly what I expected and I wouldn't change that. The bartenders were all friendly and professional.

The location was great, but we weren't told we were in a pet‑friendly room, so my daughter had an allergic reaction and we had to leave a day early. The music was fine, but the DJ was terrible.

The spot is right next to the Rialto and smack in downtown, which is awesome. We were warned about noise when we checked in, but when I mentioned it might be because of the Rialto, no one answered. We had no idea they were playing live music until 2 AM on the patio next to our room. We would have loved the party, but we just wanted to sleep.

I loved staying here it was 1 night but worth it I recommend the haunted tour too. The restaurant the cup. I went there with a friend for breakfast my friend and I sat down trying to get some food one waiter came by and gave us some Waters and introduced themselves and handed us some knives and forks and stuff like normal. On my waitress came around she introduced herself and I started speaking and she immediately snapped around turned her back to me and addressed the other people beside us who weren't even asking for anything she ignored me the entirety of her standing there and then just walked away just to say my friend and I were very upset by this and just decided to go across the street instead to a local tea shop
