The staff were extremely kind and the services were perfect. The building feels a bit dated, but it’s still pretty nice and well maintained.

It’s the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Super elegant, every detail is cared for. You feel that every dollar you spend is rewarded. The food is delicious, the afternoon buffet in the lobby restaurant is spectacular. The pool at the edge is a must‑see. If you’re in Singapore, the attractions are all around the hotel, so it’s worth it because you don’t have to walk far; everything you want is there. That said, it’s pricey—you’ll need money at the mall for everything you want to take home. I’ll always come back to this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Fred and Michael at the concierge were incredibly helpful with our logistics, which was a big help. When our train got cancelled, the reception offered a late check‑out—many thanks. The hotel feels a bit dull in the evenings.
