The staff were awesome, but the rooms had an overwhelming smell and the carpet needed a thorough vacuum.

The rooms are very clean and beautiful, with comfortable beds and a very good breakfast. Check‑in was easy and the décor is lovely. The pool was closed before the advertised hours and there were no towels available when it reopened.

“Hilton was disappointing. Too much money for room not ready and terrible smells.”

The location is convenient. The bathroom in the room had a strong smell of cleaning products, and some parts of the hotel emitted a vomit‑like odor. The room wasn’t ready until 4 pm, so you couldn’t get in at check‑in time, which hurt the value. The staff didn’t do their best, and I expected more from Hilton.
