Although the building feels a bit dated and the entrance isn’t the most comfortable, the unit is well furnished, has air conditioning, a solid bed, and is very clean and cozy. The price feels a bit high for a simple room rental, and if we’d wanted breakfast it would have cost extra. The kettle is there, but no tea bags or infusions, which I’d have expected as a minimum.

Everything was spot on! This is our second visit to Monterosso and we’d definitely return. The location is great and the apartment suits a family of three perfectly. The only downside was the heavy, noisy main door beneath the apartment.

Everything was perfect: the parking at Hotel Villa Ancini was right across the street, the location was incredibly close to the corniche and the beach, and the tiny apartment was fully equipped for a great family stay. The staff were friendly and attentive.
