The staff were very friendly, especially a female named Monalisa. The place is quite… The place needs basic repairs: no tower rack to hang a towel or other items, the faucet is still separate (cold and hot), making it difficult. The tub for the hand shower had no curtain, so water splashed all over the floor, creating a slippery hazard. Stains were present in the tub and on the roof of the room, likely from the solar water heater, as water dripped onto the floor each night. Towels were not replaced daily; at times I returned to the room at night and the towel was neatly folded by humidity. Communication was poor. On the second night there was a power outage on my block; they said it would take an hour, otherwise they would move me to a different room. No power until I left to work and no one mentioned anything. I was tired of talking to them after that hour.
