The house has all the comforts and the host is very welcoming. The place is on a busy road and the surroundings are not great; there's little to do nearby and it looks very shabby and industrial. There's one bedroom and a sofa that really isn't suitable as a second bedroom – it's too low and the mattress is on the floor. The location and lack of a second bedroom are the downsides.

la villa est magnifique . trés propre, literie de qualité et un service efficace avec Sarah. il manque juste une peu de vaisselle (seulement 3 verres à vin pour 4 et 0 saladier) . la situation géographique permet de rayonner à environ 1h de tous les villes comme Matéra, lecce, Ostuni, Alberobello. la villa est à proximité d'une route où les véhicules roulent trop vite , cela génere un peu de nuisance sonore en heure de pointe

The property was amazingly beautiful, very clean and comfortable, feeling like a home away from home. It was very close to some lovely local beach clubs or you could spend the day by the pool. The owners even arranged a birthday cake and balloons for my son's birthday! Everything was fantastic.
