How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was comfortable and spacious enough for a couple, and the bathroom offered soft “disco” lighting that thrilled my wife. The location gave easy access to Stuttgart and the surrounding area. The downside was that my room faced the street, so traffic noise was a bit loud in the morning because the hotel sits next to a busy road; however, closing the windows reduced the noise.

The reception was very friendly and helpful when the key card didn’t work. At night there were hardly any parking spots available; the underground parking was all full. I found an empty TicTac container on the bed. I don’t eat TicTacs… The cleanliness unfortunately doesn’t get a thumbs up.

We were already there for the third time. This time it was for an admin meeting with 5 people from other states. We needed a room with a table and chairs, not a training room. Management met the request without any problem. I thought that was great. Nothing to complain about.

We had a very good night. The location is excellent, it’s pretty and clean. The rooms were pleasant and comfortable. The staff were friendly and did their best to understand us (French). The only thing that wasn’t a flaw but I noticed were the framed photos in the corridors, which are very pretty (landscapes, buildings, bridges…). I think they’re photos taken around the hotel, and since we were touring Germany, I would have liked to have the names of the buildings or locations so I could find what I saw in the photo. That would have let us see them in person. So it’s not a negative point but a small detail that would surely delight foreign travelers to the region.
