The place felt comfortable, warm, and safe, and the location is close to parks and the clubhouse. Everything was great.

It wasn’t very clean, and the host didn’t seem to care much; I won’t stay with them again.

We loved the ocean view from the living room and the deck, the beds were super comfy, and the boat house restaurant served amazing food. We didn’t enjoy the loud, drunk people outside our bedroom windows late at night; we know that’s not the owner’s fault but the park’s. The Wi‑Fi worked only on our phones, not the TV, and we were surprised when the host texted us asking us to strip the beds and turn off the boiler before we left—a first for us, but overall everything seemed fine.

The location was convenient, close to my grandmother’s house and other family homes. I liked the idea of an extra bed on the couch, though we never used it, and there was plenty of kitchen space. We didn’t like the clutter in the van—lots of old books and games took up limited space. Some days there was a horrible sewer smell that forced us to leave and buy our own air freshener. The bed was lumpy and outdated, everything was dusty and old, even the vacuum barely worked; I had to ask my dad to bring his. We threw away several old, used washing liquids under the sink, and the cleaners didn’t even look like they tried. Considering this is my hometown, I expected more from this caravan park—real shame.

I appreciated the sea‑view spot and the caravan’s lovely deck area, and the showers were hot and functional. The only downside was that the radiators didn’t work, but since we only stayed one night it wasn’t a major problem and we didn’t bother fixing it.
