“Very nice”
The structure and the rooms were solid, and there was no problem.

The staff were extremely friendly and the food was excellent; the stay was comfortable with good quality facilities, the place had a beautiful view and was very hygienic, though initially the bathrooms had a bad smell.
“Unreliable shuttle service”
Food quality is excellent, the location is far from the main lake, they provide shuttle service but it’s erratic and can leave you frustrated; the shuttle driver dropped us at city centre and said we could call him back, but he was elsewhere, promised a 30‑minute wait that kept extending to 45, 1 hr, 90 min, didn’t answer my calls for 90 min, and we finally had to hire a cab back to the hotel—communication was pathetic.

The property sits just far from the crowded mall area, is peaceful and aesthetically built, has adequate parking but the road to it is narrow, well paved, and winding; the room almost lacked amenities like toiletries, slippers, and tissue papers, the bathroom ventilation was poor and the bathing area needs more maintenance and upgrades, the food options were extremely limited and delayed, and breakfast was a joke for a room costing Rs 10000 per night; surprisingly the owners have a bakery on the mall road with a similar name, but no expertise or food options from that flow in here!
