We had no idea what was good, but the key pickup was a nightmare: we had to collect keys from lockers, one had a key and the other didn’t. After calling, they told us to try different codes on other lockers. One locker did have a key, but when we tried it on the door of the room we were supposed to have, a grumpy, smoking guy opened it and almost shoved it in our face! When we finally figured out which key belonged to which room, we discovered the place doesn’t clean up much – there was a piece of clothing hanging in the closet (see photo). The toilet and shower are shared by three rooms on the hallway, and the door isn’t locked, so anyone can get in – pretty disgusting. If you want to boil water for tea in the kettle, you have to unplug the extension that powers the fridge and microwave and hold the kettle on the mat, otherwise it won’t touch the plug, and the microwave might fall off the slanted shelf. The electrical and hygiene safety should be fixed. Next time we’ll pay extra and go somewhere else.

The stopover on the way to Croatia was fine… the place was clean and the bed was comfortable, with a private bathroom. It was very noisy to the point of being unbearable.

The staff were really helpful, but sharing a single toilet and shower between three rooms felt a bit awkward.
