The room was spacious and comfortable, but the service left a lot to be desired. At check‑in, only a receptionist and a bellboy were present; the receptionist was not very friendly, only mentioning breakfast hours (7:00–11:00 AM) and having me sign a registration form before handing me the key. The bellboy escorted me to the room, yet I couldn’t turn on the air conditioner. When I tried calling reception from the room, the phone was dead, and the desk was empty. I asked the bellboy where the receptionist was, and he claimed he didn’t know. After half an hour, I returned to the desk still empty, and the receptionist was nowhere to be seen. I waited in the lobby, but she never arrived, and the bellboy was also absent. I asked him to call her, but he instead gave me the phone to call her myself, which felt very unprofessional. The next day at 10:00 AM I went to breakfast, only to be told I had missed it because it ends at 10:00, even though I was told it ran until 11:00; nevertheless they kindly prepared a nice meal for me separately in the lobby. In the afternoon I locked my wallet in the safe but could not open it; the safe was malfunctioning. I went to reception for maintenance, and was told the manager with the key would arrive in about an hour. I waited in the room for an hour, then returned to reception and found the receptionist asleep on the sofa; she woke up but still didn’t have the key and called her manager. About half an hour later the safe was finally opened. The lobby was also very hot and full of mosquitoes. I do not recommend this place.
