The front desk was welcoming and the room felt roomy and cozy, but the housekeeping crew made a lot of noise in the hallway while we were trying to sleep, ignoring the “Please Be Quiet” sign on our door and laughing loudly. The bathroom had no towel or clothing hooks, and the cleaner removed the hand towels without replacing them.

The staff were clean and friendly, yet the location was problematic because ongoing construction put the hotel smack in the middle of a construction site.

Everything else was fine, but a few repairs are still needed, like the bathroom door.

Tout est impeccable excepté le personnel qui laisse à désirer.
