“It could have been better!”

The location was spot on, but I didn’t stay long enough to give a full rating. Turning on the TV was a hassle, there was no closet, and the sliding bathroom door was a bit stiff. The bathroom floor was dirty and the Clorox wipe was covered in grime. Shower handles were scratched, and the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable; I couldn’t fall asleep because it was cold. For the price, this was the worst room I’ve ever had. I expected a good mattress, but the tub had a rough bottom and water rose up over my feet while showering. I asked for a walk‑in shower but didn’t get one, and the room wasn’t spacious for what I paid.

Everything was clean and the staff were friendly, but it’s easy to find this place in a good location.

“Good enough for my needs. Professional.”

Breakfast was excellent, parking was abundant, and the staff were gracious; I’d stay again if I’m in the area. Honestly, it met all my needs perfectly, except one outlet next to the bed was a bit loose, but that’s not a big deal.

The mattress was lumpy and the pillows were flat, so they definitely need replacement.

“I love the Hampton Inns for their hot breakfast that’s included and their swimming pools”

The beds were very comfortable and was glad for an elevator as well as we loved the hot breakfast! It’s the reason we chose this place to stay Took awhile to check in but the computers were updating and the staff at the counter were very patient and friendly and even provided my husband with some water and a snack for his time. The lady who was running the breakfast, she was very rude, my 2 year old was throwing away his trash and she went off on him and then my husband was getting more food so my 2 year old went to meet him with his plate so he could have more sausage but spilled a few potatoes on the floor which my husband was gonna pick up right away but she was quick to scold my husband about cleaning it up, we were too afraid to ask for restock as the milk was out, the whipped cream was out, and the yogurt was out, but another couple she treated more respectively and had gotten them more yogurt, we weren’t sure if she didnt like us because we had 3 kids or because we were white but we didnt appreciate the disrespect
