The stay was riddled with many discrepancies and physical inconveniences, ending in an unacceptable cancellation and refund problem. The hotel’s name on the booking site didn’t match the name on the sign, causing confusion right away and showing a lack of transparency. The road to the hotel was unpaved, full of small stones and sand, making it hard and messy to reach, especially for regular cars. There was no elevator; stairs were narrow, steep, and uncomfortable, posing a safety risk. The surrounding area felt uneasy and off, detracting from the experience. The management failed to cancel or refund the booking as requested, which is unacceptable customer service and a serious breach of trust. I cannot recommend this hotel; misleading ads, poor access, dangerous infrastructure, and refusal to refund make it a stay to avoid.
