“Struttura deludente, host poco accogliente”
The hotel offers private parking and is just 10 minutes on foot from the center and 5 minutes from the beach, yet the room was very small, with old and uncomfortable furnishings; we were four people and struggled to move around, especially with luggage. The wardrobe, advertised as huge, barely fit our suitcases and clothes. The bathroom was a disaster: the shower foam was not single-dose and of poor quality, the shower head was dead with a non‑working vent, we were told not to flush paper but the bin provided was an old, uncapped tin, leading to a strong smell and poor hygiene. We asked politely for the vent and bin to be fixed, but nothing was done. The toilet paper was given in already‑started rolls, not new. Breakfast consisted entirely of low‑quality pre‑packed foods; we were given only four cups and a knife, no other cutlery, napkins, or plates. The bed was uncomfortable, with an old mattress and no mattress cover; the sheets and bathroom supplies were old. None of the three light bulbs worked. The only positives were the private parking and the location, though the room faced the railway line and the frequent passing trains made it impossible to sleep. I also noted a very noisy fridge in the room. Overall a very negative experience; I would not recommend staying here.
