Very poor: no heating, the food was cold, and everything was cold.

Amazing cosy countryside pub. The twin room was beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredible and the food was great. Nothing else to add.

The spot is gorgeous, calm, and the food is nice; the gentlemen who delivered the meals were efficient and polite, and the breakfast lady was helpful. However, checking in was frustratingly slow— I waited a long time with no acknowledgement from any of the three staff members, and no polite apology or “I’ll be with you shortly” was offered, which would have helped. The bar service was also very slow and unacknowledged when ordering food and drinks. It’s a shame, but I hope they can fix this because the place is genuinely nice.
