I had a disastrous experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for customer service. The property is located far from the city and has an unappealing appearance. The person in charge of the hotel was rude, arrogant, and manipulative, making the situation even more infuriating.

My recent stay at the hotel was a mixed bag, but the breathtaking views of Gunung Sinabung in the morning made up for some of the minor issues. The crisp 16-degree temperature outside was a welcome change, and the affordable room rate was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was cut short due to an unexpected issue with the entrance. Despite my initial excitement about the hotel, I was left disappointed when I arrived to find the gate closed, making it impossible for me to check in. I was looking forward to a pleasant night's rest, but unfortunately, the circumstances didn't allow for it. I'm still waiting for a refund for the night that I couldn't stay.

For around 150,000 rupiah, this hotel was a great choice, but don't expect it to be like a five-star hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with hot water at night, tea and snacks in the morning, and ensured our safety. The room was clean, and the location, although a bit tucked away, was still close to the center of Berastagi. The bathroom had a water heater, which was a plus, but there was no TV. I also appreciated the availability of extra pillows.
