The staff, the equipment, and the location were all good, but bugs were running in our bathtub and we couldn't get rid of them even with water.

The property did not match the photos at all; our bathtub was split in half and felt like it could collapse at any moment, the sink produced no water, and people were yelling and screaming all night—definitely not worth a single night. The staff were friendly, but the place was not worth staying.

The hotel is close to Nadi (by taxi or local bus) and Wailoaloa, the price is very reasonable for basic accommodation with a 24‑hour desk, the staff are helpful and friendly, and locals often stay here for a transfer the next day; breakfast is free. The pool was uninviting, the overbath shower had cold water and leaked.
