The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the place was kept very clean, yet the room was somewhat worn and I ended up with blinds that were broken.

Nothing. It's an old place, not new as the photos show. 1. They advertised a huge extra bed but it was only a double. 2. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me one next to the patio‑terrace where people were talking on the phone or chatting, and it was also steps from the reception and the kitchen (I don't know what they meant by quiet). 3. The breakfast was varied but not hearty; when I arrived there was no bread or milk, and eggs were made only for one or two people, so I had to wait before I could get a decent breakfast.
