“Wonderful stay - we will be back!”

Absolutely fabulous! Spotlessly clean, excellent breakfast, welcoming and friendly hosts; this is definitely the best B&B we have ever used. The bedroom and communal rooms were beautifully decorated and the garden had outdoor seating. The location was just what we wanted—peaceful but only a short walk into the village centre, shops, restaurants, etc. Nothing whatsoever.

“Gorgeous accommodation in Northumberland coast”

The early 1900s property is stunning, especially the garden, and the hosts make you feel right at home; the rooms are elegant and comfortable, and the breakfast tops any we’ve had on a road trip so far. It’s close to Warkworth village pubs, restaurants, the lake walk, and the castle, so I’d highly recommend it for a short or longer stay on the Northumberland coast. Nothing to complain about.

I booked Fairfield House for my dad and his partner, both in their 80s, and they enjoyed a lovely stay. My dad called it the best guest house he’s ever been to and said it felt more like a hotel in terms of comfort. He especially appreciated Mandy’s warm welcome, her attention to detail, her kind hospitality, and how beautiful the property was.

“Fabulous!”

The accommodation is fabulous: a lovely, comfortable, and spacious room, beautiful gardens, a lounge to use, and very welcoming hosts. The breakfast was also really delicious, and there was nothing negative.
