Paid for a hot tub due to coming out of hospital None work Staff where lovely until I was giving ten minutes to check out then left on the street to find a taxi The only person that help was a massage lady I had no phone battery couldn’t leave my bags to draw out cash she paid for me after 3 hours I want a full refund. No working hot tubs I paid for due to swollen feet and hospital
