The staff were lovely

The food was good, with a consistently nice variety and fresh salads daily. I didn’t appreciate the plastic cups, and they didn’t offer any straws.

The location was spot‑on and the staff were all very pleasant. However, the place really needs an upgrade: a few items were dirty when we arrived at the apartment, and despite daily cleaning staff, the overall cleanliness fell short. We stayed 11 nights and the bed linens were changed only once. The pool and surrounding area required better cleaning. It’s not a 4‑star hotel, but the staff help make up for it.

The pool was lovely, but we had to pay to “hire” a cup to get drinks, and the bar didn’t accept cash or card.
