The place is in the safe space, not far from the mall and transport. Easily accessible. It is beautiful and as it is on the pictures. I booked for our facilitator and he loved everything about the place. Nothing. I loved everything

What an absolute nightmare at Rabi guesthouse. I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Rabi Guesthouse over the weekend on the 11 sep 2026 Room 13 for 2 nights.as a returning paying guest,using this establishment for the second time I am utterly appalled by how we were treated. The customer service is non-existent and the management clearly does not care about the comfort or satisfaction of their guest. The absolute worst was *The sleeping arrangement.the main bed was in terrible condition.i explicitly asked management if the bed could be changed.but they completely ignored my request and never changed it.as a result I was forced to sleep on a tiny bed,separated bed while my husband had to sleep on the edge of the same uncomfortable bed. *9:00 am Housekeeping literally busted open our room door without knocking & walked right in.There was absolutely no apology for this massive breach of privacy. The room itself had zero maintenance and lacked basic amenities. Broken toilet seat Broken kettle No cutlery- basic essentials were entirely missing. Unfortunately my husband & i had a terrible experience,poor service & uncomfortable stay. Save your money,take R855.00 elsewhere I can never recommend this place to anyone. TIA
