The reservation and key hand‑over went smoothly, the room was clean, and the reception area was nicely arranged. The room’s furnishings are a matter of taste; the bathroom needs a storage spot for toiletries, a small shelf would fit. What really didn’t work for me was the heating never turned on. I told the operator that evening, and it finally started, but only briefly. Even if you’re physically fit, it’s impossible with single‑digit outdoor temperatures at night. I was lucky to have the second blanket, since I was alone in a double room. I’m still angry and disappointed because this whole cold ordeal, plus a current cold, cost me over 200 €—honestly, it could have been better.

Cleanliness, silence, friendliness, details, and politeness were all there; if I return to Jena, I’ll definitely stay at Artem Orbis again. I recommend it. We didn’t have daily room cleaning.

Wonderful room 😃 great for our small dog, the package with us traveling was fine; for walks it was very nice, especially at the top. Tl Very nice, the kitchen could be used and you had supplies, but in summer due to the heat nothing could be taken.

Very tasteful and personalized. Great kitchen and thanks for water, tea, and coffee! 😊 Nothing comes to mind. I really want it.
