“Staff great rest not so”
It was close to where I was working. The hallway on the second floor smelled like coffee during the 6‑9 am breakfast, and the creamer came out in lumps.

I liked the spot, but there was no hot water.

The room was filthy, bugs were everywhere, and people kept wandering in the hallways and around the property, making the family feel unsafe. The place might need better management.

When checking in, a younger female front‑desk person was very rude about simple questions. We were told a 100.00 cash deposit was required upon arrival, something not mentioned on the website. We left the next morning because the desk staff had poor skills. The room was infested with roaches 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳. We had planned a few days at Sleep‑inn but decided against it, went to Holiday Inn and Suites instead, which was 150% better and worth the extra $20 a night. The only friendly people at Sleep‑inn were the maids and the grounds guy. The front desk was rude, roaches were everywhere, and there was loud noise outside our window from 2:42 AM.

The rooms smelled bad, roaches were present, the pool didn’t work, and when it did it was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. Same as the positives.
