“Bien mais ne veut pas 5*”
A nice seaside hotel with plenty of kid‑friendly attractions. The pools were suitable for both little ones and adults, and there were several restaurants plus a bakery/café, which was great. We were upgraded to a family room with a sea view, which was perfect for our four‑person party with a baby, giving us plenty of space. The staff were cheerful, helpful, and quick to address any issues. The reef near the hotel was a fantastic spot for the kids’ first snorkeling experience. The buffet menus didn’t change much throughout the week, which was disappointing. The kids’ water slide and pool were closed from 13:00‑15:00, especially the kids’ pool. There was a lot of construction noise at the beach and water park (new slide), and we’d have appreciated a heads‑up during booking. A sun lounger was reserved for us early in the morning even though it was supposedly prohibited. The color‑coded wristband system was confusing for staff, and we saw some services denied because of that.
