The spot was perfect – quiet, super clean and right where we wanted it for a summer break. Only downside was the bathroom missing a floor squeegee, so the shower area stayed wet after we got out.

We’re torn about this place: the location is spot‑on and the owner was quick to reply, plus the recently refreshed common areas (kitchen, dining room) are well stocked with coffee gear, kitchen tools and even kids’ toys. Unfortunately a strong, unpleasant odor lingered everywhere, making it hard to stay, especially at night, and trying to air the room just let in a swarm of flies because the windows have no screens. Cleanliness was fine, but the smell really ruined the experience.

The spot is gorgeous, right in a beautiful area with handy parking, and the owners are friendly and responsive. Everything was tidy and well equipped, which made our stay comfortable.

The accommodation sits in a nice spot in Upper Polubny, surrounded by charming chalets and nature. The chalet itself was clean, the communal room nicely set up, and there’s a fire pit outside with seating for relaxing evenings.
