The place was gorgeous, one of those unique spots that feels like a private hideaway surrounded by nature; the outdoor bath at Charles was so relaxing, though I did wish there was a toaster.

Gorgeous views from the bus. Very comfy bed and loved the fire. We had a bbq and I had a bath which was really relaxing. The views of the stars were amazing and the talisman winery next to it had a lovely view of the lake and really nice staff. It would have been 10/10 if there wasn’t so many cockroaches. I think we had to kill atleast 7 within the two days. I noticed one on the mirror as I was brushing my teeth in the bathroom. And atleast 6 during the night on the floor in the room and kitchen despite us keeping things very clean when preparing food. Also a flying ant landed on my partner when going to sleep. We took out the cheeseboard for our first evening and noticed ants all over it. This was the only disappointing thing
