Tre Madonne is perfectly positioned for day trips in Tuscany, with lovely restaurants such as La Miniera and Cantinale nearby, and only ten minutes to Monteriggioni for an aperitif. The pool is always very clean. Antonello is a very friendly host, and we received two glasses of his honey as a farewell. For anyone who enjoys plenty of space and doesn’t like cramped hotel rooms, this is an optimal destination.

The pool was great because there were only a few guests, so we had it all to ourselves.

The location, countryside, lovely garden, view and sun-deck were great, and the living space was comfortable with a good kitchen. The shower was problematic; the water was either scorching hot or suddenly freezing cold, making it very difficult to regulate.

Close to Siena, but the pool was still open in September and it was green and dirty; the bed was soft and you slept in a pit.
