I liked the hotel’s location and the view, but there were a lot of problems: the place needs renovation, it’s poorly maintained, the price‑quality ratio feels off, and the staff are stretched thin—one person handles the bar, reception, etc. Breakfast is offered but bland; you can only order from three items, and the coffee for breakfast is extra. Dishes from the restaurant come slowly, half the menu items are missing, and orders are delayed or even forgotten.
We booked one night hoping for a peaceful stay, but were told upon arrival that a birthday party would make it very noisy; we were not warned beforehand, so we decided not to stay. We spoke to the receptionist, who said we could get a refund via booking, which we did, but the money hasn’t been returned yet—an unacceptable amount for a night that didn’t happen.
The view, the restaurant quality, and the hotel welcome were all great, but the breakfast was fairly plain and offered no drink choices.

The location offers a beautiful view when you look the right way—quiet yet central to the city. The staff were poorly organized and struggled with English, German, and Turkish. The hotel held a wedding without our knowledge, so there was music all day and into the late evening.

The food was excellent, the staff extremely friendly and smiling, and the hotel was very quiet—perfect for relaxing and a good value for the price, so we’d come back. When we arrived around 16:30, we were told the room wasn’t ready and had to wait. The pool water was cold, there was a lot of broken ceramic tile, and the furniture was old and needed replacement. There was no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom got wet when you showered. The toilet bowl was dented and grimy, the shower ran, the room rug was stained, had holes, and a spider web hung over the wardrobe. Ants were in the room, and there was a leak from the air conditioner that soaked all the clothes.
