The room was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the overall facilities were fine. The terrace was also nice. However, the service could still improve: the staff spoke limited English, leading to repeated misunderstandings. On the departure day, when we had a late train, the staff did not accommodate us well, even though I was unwell. In the restaurant, communication was also sometimes difficult, and the menu descriptions didn't always match what was served. Vegetarian options were confusing and somewhat unclear. I fell ill during my stay, though I can't say whether it was related to the food or another cause. The massages were acceptable, but I found the peeling treatment rather uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel has potential, but service, communication, and the restaurant need significant improvement. :)
