The room was a bit of a mess when I arrived, but I figured it was just a one-off. Unfortunately, it took a while to get the essentials like towels and toiletries, and it seemed like the room was only cleaned and restocked when I complained. Still, the location was great and the staff were friendly, which made up for some of the issues. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I'd have liked a bit more attention to detail.
