Breakfast was completely satisfactory, both in variety and without extras. The room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and had a good vibe. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The shared areas had a nice terrace and a little bridge, but the furnishings and plastic decorations (leaf‑shaped table runner, artificial flowers on the sill, the staircase carpet, etc.) were already “dusty”, so although the place was clean, those rooms didn’t feel fresh or new, more like eclectic retro.

The Ochota staff were friendly, and the garden was interesting. I would have liked yogurt at breakfast, but otherwise there was a large and tasty selection.

“Wifi”

The room was clean, the size was appropriate, and the beds were comfortable. The Wi‑Fi was not available in the room, and it was hard to lift luggage up the stairwell.
