The place was immaculate, the room had everything you could need, John was a wonderful host who handled every request smoothly, breakfast featured locally sourced bacon, sausages and homemade potato scones, the location was ideal for Tobermory Town and nearby shops and restaurants, and Alfie the dog was a perfect companion; all in all, flawless.

The property sits up the hill from Tobermory Harbor, John is a fantastic host who offers a breakfast that satisfies all dietary needs, the rooms are clean and well kept, and he’s very helpful with activity suggestions; just be ready to lug luggage up the stairs because the rooms are upstairs, and outside space is limited to the room and the breakfast area.

We spent three nights there; the room was spotless and comfortable with a harbour view, John was a great host who prepared excellent breakfasts and gave plenty of island tips; would definitely recommend staying at Burbank.
