The staff’s kindness and courtesy made our first breakfast feel like a family welcome, and they even gave us a small room while our main room was being prepared; our nephew Abdullah, a sharp‑witted English‑speaking boy, translated for us and helped book train tickets, so we felt right at home and everything was taken care of; we were truly very comfortable, and getting to Piazza Regents was a short walk.

Staying here was one of the most beautiful experiences on our trip, and it’s hard to put into words how amazing the hosts were; from the first moment we didn’t feel like guests but like we’d come to the most natural family; that warmth, attention, and genuine hospitality are rare; the property was flawless—clean, comfortable, and well‑organized, with a fantastic common area that meant a lot to our group; evenings spent together with local specialties and a homey atmosphere were just as lovely as the city itself; the hosts treated us daily with coffee, cakes, teas, refreshments, local specialties, and homemade rakija, always with a smile and a sincere wish for our comfort; they even drove us to the airport and train station free of charge and helped with everything we needed; such sincere care and positive energy are hard to find; this isn’t just lodging—it’s a place you’ll want to return to as soon as you leave, absolutely deserving of a 10/10.
