The location was good. The bed was the hardest I’ve ever slept on; after two hours I woke with severe hip and back pain. The pillows were terrible. I saw the receptionist refuse to refill the ice and water dispenser, telling another guest that water fountains were available. It was peak breakfast time and many guests wanted water.
